I’m Kaye — INFJ, Generator, Cancer… and a coffee-before-anything kind of human.
​For the past four+ years, I’ve worked quietly behind the scenes with over 60 space holders as they bring their visions to life.
From first-time facilitators to leading founders and internationally recognised venues, I’ve helped build the systems and experiences that allow purpose-led work to feel good, look good, and touch thousands.​

But what really lights me up isn't just the design or delivery, it’s the mission beneath it all.​
Wellness is soul-work. It’s about softening, returning to what matters, and creating the conditions for true healing and growth.
I deeply believe the world needs more women who are empowered to hold that space.
