MEET THE FOUNDER
I’m Kaye — INFJ, Generator, Cancer sun, Scorpio risin… and a total coffee addict. Shhh.
I’ve always been more behind-the-scenes than front-and-centre. I like systems that feel good, spaces that make sense, and creating things that hold people — properly.

Over the past four years, I’ve supported retreats, launches, activations, and wellness brands from the inside out. I’ve seen the power of this work up close. I’ve also seen how quickly it can lead to burnout when the structure behind it doesn’t match the energy at the front.
​
In a world where intention is everything, truly aligned support still feels hard to come by.​ If you want to scale, you’re told to let go of soul.If you want beauty and depth, expect a waitlist and a vague timeline.If you want strategy that actually lands, be ready to spend big — even if it’s not the season for it.
